Do I need to book in advance for a hand car wash?
No appointment is needed for our standard hand wash packages. Just drive in during opening hours and we'll take care of you. For detailing, polishing, or paint protection, we recommend calling ahead.
How long does a hand car wash take?
Our Wash Only and Gold Pack packages take approximately 45 minutes. The Platinum Pack takes 60–90 minutes depending on the vehicle.
Do you wash SUVs and 4WDs?
Yes. SUV and 4WD pricing applies — Wash Only (from) $35, Gold Pack $80, Platinum Pack $120.
What products do you use?
We use pH-balanced, paint-safe cleaning agents and soft microfibre mitts throughout. No harsh chemicals, no abrasive materials.
How does the loyalty card work?
Buy 9 washes on any package and your 10th is free. Ask our team for your loyalty card on your first visit.
Is a hand car wash safe for ceramic coated vehicles?
Yes. Hand washing is the recommended way to maintain ceramic coated vehicles because soft wash mitts and pH-balanced products help preserve the coating while safely removing dirt and road grime.
How often should I get my car professionally washed?
For most drivers, we recommend a professional hand wash every 2 to 4 weeks. Regular washing helps remove bird droppings, tree sap, road grime and other contaminants before they damage your paintwork.
What's the difference between a hand car wash and car detailing?
A hand car wash focuses on safely cleaning the exterior of your vehicle. Car detailing is a much more comprehensive service that includes deep interior cleaning, paint restoration and additional treatments depending on the package you choose.
Can a hand car wash remove bird droppings and tree sap?
Fresh bird droppings and light contaminants can usually be removed during a professional hand wash. If contaminants have bonded to the paint or caused staining, we may recommend additional services such as polishing.
Do you clean inside the wheels?
Yes. Wheel cleaning is included with our hand wash packages to remove built-up brake dust, dirt and road grime for a cleaner overall finish.
